New Potatoes with Rosemary Dijon Dressing

1 lb new potatoes, the smaller the better
2 tbsp natural yogurt
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp lemon juice.

Cook the potatoes until tender, then drain.  In a bowl, mix the yogurt, rosemary, mustard & lemon juice.  Add the potatoes, and toss to coat with the dressing.
Preheat oven to 200 C.  Fry 2 lbs onions (sliced) in Fry Light until soft.  Boil 300g potatoes until soft and then mash. Add the onions to the potato and season to taste. Mix in curry powder, cumin and chilli to taste. Roll into balls. Spray an oven tray with Fry Light & place the balls on the tray. Spray again. Cook for about 20-25 mins until brown.
