Pork ribs with a
spice rub

The spicy
way to eat ribs!

|
1 teaspoon pepper
|
|
1 teaspoon salt
|
|
1/4 teaspoon spice, (chilli powder), optional
|
|
300 g spare ribs, pork
|
|
2 teaspoon spice, preferably cinnamon and paprika
|
|
1/4 teaspoon pepper, (cayenne)
|

Mix together all the herbs and spices and rub well
into the ribs.

Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes, or longer
if possible.
·
Grill or barbecue under a medium heat, turning
frequently.
