Pork ribs with a spice rub

The spicy way to eat ribs!


1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon spice, (chilli powder), optional

300 g spare ribs, pork

2 teaspoon spice, preferably cinnamon and paprika

1/4 teaspoon pepper, (cayenne)
·        Mix together all the herbs and spices and rub well into the ribs.
·        Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes, or longer if possible.
·        Grill or barbecue under a medium heat, turning frequently.
