Hot Cauliflower


Hot Cauliflower

Serves 4

1 pt the lot.

Divide 1 cauliflower into florets and cook for 15 minutes in boiling water until tender.  Drain and keep warm.

Fry 1 tsp dried chilli flakes and ½ chopped red pepper in 1 tsp olive oil for 2 mins.  Add the cauliflower and pour over the juice of 1 lemon.  Stir to coat the cauliflower but do not brown.  Serve immediately.
