2 x 90g cod
steaks
lemon juice
salt &
pepper
2 tsp
wholegrain mustard
1 small
courgette, coarsely grated
Preheat grill
and line grill pan with foil. Place steaks onto foil and sprinkle with
lemon juice.
Cook under a
moderate heat for 5-6 mins. Spread the fish with the mustard.
Top with grated courgette. Cook for a further 2-3 mins.
