1/4 cup of Sago
1 cup of Skim Milk

Soak Sago in Skim Milk for 1/2 to 1 hour.

Microwave on High for 2 minutes, stir, repeat until cooked.

It's cooked when the liquid is absorbed, the little balls are soft and (mostly) clear.

For one serve, should take about 5-8 mins to cook. Time is lengthened by increasing serves and shortened by extra soaking.

Add sweetener to taste - though is fine without


Notes:

May also serve over warmed fruit such as pears and berries.

Can add spices to mix as well - cinnamon comes out nicely! Lemon zest & juice is a nice flavour too!
