Lemon Dijon Fish for One


Lemon Dijon Fish for One

180-200g fish fillet, eg cod, haddock
½ tsp lemon juice
1½ tsp dried chives (or 1 tbsp fresh)
1½ tsp extra light hellmans mayonnaise (½ pt)
¼ tsp dijon mustard

Place fillet in a bakingdish which you have sprayed with frylight.  Sprinkle with lemon juice. 

Bake at 200ºC,Gas 6 for 12 mins.  Mix chives, mayonnaise and mustard & spread over fish.  Bake an additional 3 mins unti lfish flakes easily.
