Greek Fish Bake

Core recipe

Mackeral fillets
1 lemon
1/2 tin chopped toms
50ml white wine(between 2 so I didn't point)
10 black olives sliced
1 clove garlic sliced
Potatoes, thinly sliced
Cumin
Olive oil
Splash sk milk

Marinate the fish in lemon juice for at least 30 mins. Then place in dish, pour over tomatoes, olives, garlic and wine and bake for around 15 mins.

For scalloped pots, par-boil until going soft. Make a foil parcel and brush olive oil on bottom. Layer pots and put cumin and seasoning on each layer. Splash over a little milk and cook for around 30 mins.
