Skin On Roasties
Skin On Roasties Core recipe
Place 1kg (2lb4oz), small, scrubbed potatoes in a roasting tin, spray with low
fat cooking spray, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and roast for 45 mins
to 1hour until tender, at 200C/180fan/gas mark 6. Serves 6.
