50g kipper
fillet
1 egg
½ tsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon
juice
Beat the egg
with the worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Flake the kipper into an
ovenproof dish. Pour the egg mixture over it.
Bake for 10
mins at gas 6/200ºC/400ºF
Could use
smoked mackerel instead. This raises the points to 5 for fc
