STRAWBERRY SOUFFLE OMELETTE

From an old WW mag

Mix 2 egg yolks with 1 tbsp sweetener and 1 teaspoon vanille eseence.

Beat 2 egg whites until stuff, then fold into the mixture.

Put 50g sliced strawberries and 50g raspberries into a saucepan with 2 tbsp water and 1 tbsp sweetener and heat.

Fold the egg white into the egg yolk mixture and cook on the hob until set at the bottom. then grill the top until cooked.

Put onto a plate, put fruit mix into omelette and fold in half
