Chocolate
caramel mousse
5 bars of ww
chocolate caramel whip bars
4 egg whites
2 tbsp cocoa powder
50 ml skimmed
milk
1*Whip the
egg whites until light and fluffy
2* Cut the
chocolate bars in to pieces, and place in a saucepan along with the milk and
cocoa powder. Stir constantly over a medium heat until it becomes a smooth
mixture. Allow to cool for 5 minutes
3* Add 1 tbsp
of the egg white to the chocolate mixture to loosen the texture, then add the
remaining egg white stirring gently so you don’t loose the lightness
4* Spoon in
to 6 glasses and place in the fridge for 2 hrs to set. This can be done 2 days
in advance. Enjoy
