Slow Cooker Stuffed Green
Peppers
Makes 4 large
or 6 small

4 large or 6
small green peppers
100g cooked
long grain rice
100g diced
cooked ham or bacon
50g
mushrooms, chopped
1 small
onion, finely chopped
2 x 15ml
spoons tomato ketchup (½ pt)
salt &
pepper
125ml stock
or water
Wash peppers,
cut into halves, removing the core and seeds. Mix the remaining
ingredients, execpt the stock and use to fill the peppers.
Place peppers
into pot and pour stock gently around them. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or
HIGH for 3-4 hours
