Serves 2
8 oz
mushrooms, chopped
½ oz grated
or finely chopped onion.
125g extra
light philadelphia
few drops of
Worcestershire sauce
salt &
pepper
1-2 tsp lemon
juice
frylight
spray
Spray a
non-stick pan with frylight, add mushrooms and onion and cook for 2-3 mins
until tender. Pour into a blender with the cheese, worcestershire sauce,
lemon juice, salt and pepper. Puree until smooth. Put into a
container and chill until set.
Serve with
crispbreads or top a jacket potato with it.
