OLIVE SALSA DIP


OLIVE SALSA DIP

Points for whole recipe 4½

200ml chunky tomato passata
1 small yellow pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2-3 tbsp assorted stuffed olives, chopped
2 tbsp coarsely chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
1½ tbsp chopped almonds
salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hr before serving.

Great with Crispy Snack a Jacks......2 pts per bag.
