Lemon pepper chicken in a slow cooker

Core recipe
Points 2½ per serving
Serves 4

Take four large breasts of chicken and trim any remaining skin or fat off.
Squeeze half a lemon
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Place chicken in the slow cooker. Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken. Sprinkle on the pepper. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Add more lemon juice if needed.
