SPICY SALMON SANDWICH


SPICY SALMON SANDWICH

Serves 2
Points per serving 5

180g can salmon in brine, drained
3 tbsp very low fat natural fromage frais
½ tsp sweet chilli sauce
6 level tsp very low fat spread, eg Gold lowest
6 slices WW bread
salad leaves
3 spring onions, thinly sliced
8 radishes, shredded or chopped

Break the salmon into large flakes.  Mix the fromage frais with the chilli sauce, add to the salmon and gently fold.
Spread 2 slices of bread with very low fat spread, add a layer of salad leaves and top with the salmon.
Spread another two slices and place over the slamon spread side up.  Divide the spring onions and radishes between them.  add remaining bread, spread with spread.  Cut in half and serve.
