LOW POINT PITTA PIZZA


LOW POINT PITTA PIZZA

Serves 1
Points per serving 2

1 mini pitta bread
1 clove garlic, peeled & cut in half
1 tomato sliced
2 mushrooms sliced
½ tsp dried oregano
2 tsp parmesan cheese

Split the pitta in half.  Rub the cut sides with garlic.  Place tomato and mushroom on each pitta half, sprinkle with oregano, seasoning and parmesan cheese.

Place under hot grill and cook until heated.

Can also spread tomato puree onto each half for no further points.
