Curried Chicken Salad


Curried Chicken Salad

Serves 1

115 g red cabbage, finely shredded
1 medium carrot, grated
1 medium leek, finely sliced
50g cooked chicken, no skin
2 level tbsp very low fat fromage frais
sprinkling of curry powder

Mix the veg and chicken.  Mix the fromage frais and curry powder.  Combine the two and mix well.  Chill before serving.
