EGG & CRISPY BACON SANDWICH


EGG & CRISPY BACON SANDWICH

Serves 1
Points per serving 4½

1 rasher back bacon, grilled until crisp
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1 plum tomato, diced
1 tbsp very low fat natural fromage frais
1 tbsp freshly chopped chives
Schwartz spicy seasoning or paprika
Iceberg lettuce
2 slices WW bread or Nimble

Mix together the egg, tomato, fromage frais, chives and seasoning.
Put a layer of lettuce on one slice of bread, spoon on the egg filling.  Chop the bacon and scatter over the top of the egg and top with the other slice of bread.
