Toblerone Cheesecake

Toblerone Cheesecake

15 chocolate digestives
3oz margarine
10oz Philadelphia cheese
2oz sugar
100g bar toblerone
1 large pack Maltesers
small carton double cream
1 sachet gelatine

Base
Crush biscuits, stir into melted margarine, press into removable-based flan dish

Top
Cream cheese + sugar. Add melted Toblerone. Fold in carton whipped cream. Add sachet gelatine. Add half of large pack of Maltesers and pour on top of biscuit base, leave to set, Decorate with remaining maltesers.
