MUSTARD TURKEY WITH GREEN BEANS

Serves 4
Points per recipe 14
Points per serving 3½

2 tsp olive oil
350g skinless, boneless turkey breast, cut into strips
juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp grainy mustard
2 tbsp runny honey
115g green beans, cut into 2cm (¾") pieces
1 tbsp sesame seeds
salt & pepper
salad leaves

In a large non stick pan, heat the oil until very hot.
In a bowl, toss the turkey, lemon juice, mustard and honey.  season well.
Add turkey to pan and stir fry over a high heat for 3-4 mins until turkey is browned and nearly cooked.
Stir in the beans and cook for a further 2-3 mins.  sprinkle with sesame seeds/
Arrange the salad leaves over 4 plates and divide the turkey mixture over them and serve at once.
