Make this
completely no count by omitting the raisins.
300ml natural
yogurt
250g quark
sweetener to
taste
pinch ground
cinnamon
2 oranges
250g ripe
plums
50g raisins
Blend yogurt
& quark with sweetener and cinnamon.
Halve and
stone the plums then slice thinly. Grate rind from the oranges and stir
into the yogurt mixture. Peel and segment the oranges, chop the segments
into chunks.
Mix the
fruits with the raisins and top with the yogurt mixture. Chill until
ready to eat.
