4 medium fresh peaches, peeled, halved, stoned

Spray a
grill or griddle with oil. Heat over medium to high heat. Sprinkle cinnamon
evenly over peach halves and spray with oil.

Grill
peaches cut side down for 5 minutes or until brown and slightly softened.
(For best results, do not move peaches. This will ensure attractive grill
marks, and will keep peaches from sticking.)

Turn
peaches over and cook on other side for 3 minutes. Serve warm.
