Cinnamon Peaches


Cinnamon Peaches

Serves 4

Core recipe
Points ½ pt per serving

frylight
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 medium fresh peaches, peeled, halved, stoned

1.
Spray a grill or griddle with oil. Heat over medium to high heat. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over peach halves and spray with oil.

Grill peaches cut side down for 5 minutes or until brown and slightly softened. (For best results, do not move peaches. This will ensure attractive grill marks, and will keep peaches from sticking.)
3.
Turn peaches over and cook on other side for 3 minutes. Serve warm.
