Coffee & cream dessert

12 sponge fingers
150ml cold, strong,black coffee
1tbsp Rum (optional)
75gm Quark
150gm 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt
3tbsp low cal sugar
10gm cocoa powder

Break sponge fingers into small pieces & soak in the coffee (& rum if using).
Mix together the Quark, 0% Greek Yoghurt & sugar.
Starting with the sponge pieces, layer into four dishes. Dust with cocoa powder. Can be served immediately, but I like to chill it first.

Delicious if you add a tin of black cherries (a bit like Black Forest Gateau) but don't forget to add the points.
