Vine Cigars


Vine Cigars

Chop 2 tomatoes, ½ de-seeded pepper and 1 small onion and cook gently in a pan with ½ tsp dried mint and 1 tbsp chopped parsley, until tender.

Soak 10 vine leaves in boiling water for 20 mins to remove the brine and then drain and wrap up, cigar fashion, with a little of the vegetable mixture inside.
