One Pan Beef and Bean Braise.

225g lean beef steak, sliced thinly
2 rashers lean smoked back bacon, diced
1x 230g can chopped tomatoes
150ml beef stock, made using 1/4 stock cube
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1x 410g can cannellini beans, drained
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Heat a non stick frying pan and lightly coat with low fat cooking spray. Brown the steak for 3 mins over a high heat, then lift out to a plate.

Add the bacon
to the pan and stir fry for 1 1/2 mins. Tip in the tomatoes, stock, rosemary
and beans.
Return the
steak to the pan, season and simmer for 8 mins, uncovered. Serve in a deep
plate, with spoons to scoop up the sauce.
