Lunch Scone


Lunch Scone

Serves 2

Points per serving 3

Adapted from an old 1982 WW recipe

2 oz fresh breadcrumbs
1 hpd tbsp flour
2 level tsp baking powder
2 eggs
2 oz weight watchers grated mature cheddar cheese

Mix all the ingredients together.  Divide into 2 and bake in muffin tins (the large ones) for approx 10 min  Gas 4 350ºF/180ºC
