BLT PITTAS


BLT PITTAS

Serves 2
Points per serving 5½

4 lean back bacon rashers, trimmed of all fat
4 ripe tomatoes, sliced thinly
¼ iceberg lettuce
1 tbsp low fat French dressing
2 tbsp plain yogurt
2 med pittas, cut in half & opened as pockets
salt & pepper

Grill the bacon until crisp, pat dry with kitchen paper. Snip into pieces if liked or leave whole.
Season the tomato slices.  shred the lettuce, season & mix with the french dressing and yogurt.
Mix bacon & tomato carefully into lettuce and stuff into pittas.
