CARAMEL
YOGURT
An adaption
of a recipe by Jill Dupleix, on Saturday Kitchen
Points 1½
Serves 1
1 x 150g tub
0% total greek yogurt 1pt
8g (hpd tsp)
brown sugar..like muscovado
Open the pot,
sprinkle the sugar over the yogurt. Cover and leave in the fridge
overnight. Mix the two together. Eat.
You could
serve this as an accompaniment to fruit or as she did on the programme, to
muffins. You would of course have to adjust the points accordingly.
