Vietnamese Chicken Salad


Vietnamese Chicken Salad

Serves 4

Full Choice 3 pts per serving

No Count  3 pts the whole recipe

200g cooked chicken, shredded
1 head of chinese leaves or crisp lettuce, finely shredded
2 carrots, peeled & grated
1 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp honey

Mix the lemon juice, honey, oyster sauce and chilli sauce in a large bowl.  Add the chicken and vegetables and toss until well combined.

Serve
