Porridge with Summer Fruits

Porridge with Summer Fruits

Serves 1

Points per serving: 1½

1 tsp light brown sugar, (muscovado)
25 g porridge oats
½ pinch salt
225 ml water, cold
2 tablespoon(s) 0% fat Greek yoghurt
50g raspberries, or mixed summer berries 

Put the porridge oats, salt and water into a non-stick saucepan. Heat and stir until boiling, then reduce the heat and simmer gently, stirring often, for 3 to 4 minutes.

Put the porridge into a serving bowls and top with 2 tablespoons of yoghurt. Scatter the summer berries or raspberries on top, and then sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar.
