slices of Nimble or WW Danish bread with 1 tbsp red or green pesto sauce.
Grill some slices of red pepper and red onion with a crushed garlic clove until
soft and beginning to char. Cool and then make into the sandwich with
sliced tomato and mixed salad leaves.
