Tarting up Cottage Cheese

I've got nothing against cottage cheese, but it suffers from being "diet food". Sometimes it just needs a little help.

Ham and Pineapple

Chop 4 oz ham. Chop spring onions & 2 slices of pineapple. Add with 8oz very low fat natural cottage cheese. Season to taste. Cover & chill. 

Have this with pitta or in a wrap or just on it's own with salad.


Blitz in blender the following ingredients: 1 chicken breast (cooked and diced), a small handful of wafer thin ham, 1 large tub very low fat cottage cheese, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tbsp chopped parsley.  Store in the fridge.
