Oat Fritters
Core recipe
30g oats
1-2 bacon medallion, chopped
1 large mushroom, chopped
1 skinned tomato de-seeded and chopped
1 beaten egg
a teaspoonful parsley (optional)
salt & pepper
small amount of skimmed milk
fry lite or oil from allowance
Saute finely chopped bacon, mushroom, and tomato.

Saute finely chopped bacon, mushroom, and tomato.
Using a little skimmed milk blend oats to a smooth cream add
other ingredients.
Spray non-stick pan well with fry lite. Fry tablespoonfuls of batter
on both sides until golden brown. Serve with a fried egg and beans.
