Texas Hash

Texas Hash

1 lb extra lean minced beef 
2 large onions, chopped
800g canned chopped tomatoes
100g uncooked brown rice
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder

Fry mince in a non-stick pan, drain well. Add onions. Stir in tomatoes, uncooked rice, salt to taste, pepper and chili powder. Heat through. Pour into large casserole dish and bake for 30-40 minutes at 150ºC Gas 3
