550g lean braising steak
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped

Sauce
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 beef stock cube in 1/2-1 pt water(depending how saucy you like it)
1 dsp malt vinegar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (original recipe was 1 tbsp malt vin & 1 tbsp brown sugar)
Fry off the meat, onions and peppers until meat browned.
Mix sauce ingredients together in a separate jug. Put meat and sauce into casserole, stir
thoroughly and cover. Bake at 190ºC/Gas 6 for 2 hours.
