Sweet & Sour
Sauce
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 red/yellow pepper finely sliced
2tbsp vinegar (any kind eg 1tbsp cider vinegar and 1tbsp balsamic)
2tbsp tomato puree
1-2tbsp granulated sweetner
2tbsp water
Saute onion and pepper until soft using non-stick pan and spray oil or oil from your allowance.

other ingredients and simmer for a few minutes.
You can also add some chopped fresh or canned pineapple.
Sweet and

Chop ½
red & ½ green pepper, few spring onions, beansprouts & 2 slices fresh
pineapple. Mix in bowl. Spoon over 1 tbsp white wine vinegar & add
artificial sweetener & seasoning to taste.
Stir in
½ pt/284 ml passata sauce & mix.
Cover
and chill.
Free on both red and green (add as much veg etc you want -
add chicken on red day or as Healthy Extra on green).

2 level tablespoons
cornflour
200ml vinegar
200ml water
2 tablespoonAmoy dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons artificial sweetner
half medium pepper red green or yellow
half small carrot

Slice peppers
and carrot into small strips. Bring water to the boil. Cook veg in the water
until it returns to the boil. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, cornflour and sweetener
together in heatproof jug. Pour hot veg
mixture into the cornflour and stir well. Return mixture to the heat, bring to
the boil and reduce by about 1/4 stirring every few minutes.
Pour over any hot meat or veg and serve with rice (150mg boiled rice = 3 points)

This sauce is
only one point but remember to count points in meat and rice. Good way to use
leftovers
