Lemon & Rosemary Grilled Chicken Breast

Serves 4


4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp coarse ground black pepper
2 tsp salt (or less to taste)
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil from allowance


Combine ingredients and mix well.  Refrigerate for 1 hour.  Grill the chicken on the George until cooked through.
