3 Bean Chilli

3 Bean Chilli 

Serves 4

1 onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
400g kidney beans
400g mixed beans
200g chick peas
1-2tsp chilli or to taste
1tsp ground cinnamon
2tbsp cumin
2 x 400g chopped tomatoes
salt and pepper
4tbsp fat free natural fromage frais
pinch of paprika
frylight

Fry garlic and onions in fry light for 2-3 mins.

Add all the spices and tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes

Drain and rinse the beans and chickpeas and add to tomato mix. Cook for a further 10 minutes.

Serve with rice or couscous and add a dollop of fromage frais on top.
