3 Chicken thighs (skinned and boned)
2 tbls of soy sauce
1 tbls of balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp of ginger
2 cloves of garlic (crushed and chopped finely)
1/2 tsp of chinese five spice
1 tsp of sweetener
1/4 tsp of chilli powder
Spray Oil
For the salad:
Mixed Lettuce Leaves
Grated Carrot
Red Seedless Grapes
Red Onion (Sliced)
3 tbls of sweetcorn
Put the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, ginger, garic, sweetener, five spice and chill powder into a bowl.
Add the chicken thighs and leave to marinate for approx 1 hour.
Spray a griddle pan or george foreman with some spray oil and cook chicken until cooked through.
Serve on top of your mixed salad.
