Tarragon Turkey Burgers

Tarragon Turkey Burgers

SERVES: 4

1 lb minced turkey 
1 coarsely grated courgette 
½ chopped red onion 
1 tbsp fresh (or 1tsp dried) tarragon  
2 tsp Dijon‐style mustard 
salt and black pepper 
2 large eggs

Preheat grill.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and shape mixture into patties.

Cook 5 minutes per side, or until browned. (Do not overcook.)
