Breakfast oats

Breakfast Oats

The night before you want this, mix together, 1 grated eating apple, a handful of oats (approx 30-40g), sweetener to taste and plain fat free yogurt, about 100g.

Cover and keep in the fridge. Eat cold.

This is nice made with drained crushed pineapple instead of or as well as the apple.

Sometimes I put a few frozen berries on the top when I put it into the fridge.
