Prawn Creole


Prawn Creole
Serves 4

 

340g Cooked, Peeled Prawns
370g Discovery New Orleans Creole Sauce
85ml Double Cream

  1. Put the prawns in a large pan and add the Discovery New Orleans Creole Sauce.
  2. Heat through for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the double cream and stir in until piping hot.
  4. Serve on a bed of rice.
