Chimichangas
Serves 4
Chimichangas
are parcels of tasty fillings wrapped up in Flour Tortillas and deep fried to
give a crispy finish.
4 Discovery Flour Tortillas
400g Diced Cooked Chicken
270g Discovery Salsa
100g Grated Cheddar
- Place 100g chicken, 25g Salsa and
25g cheese on Tortilla.
- Wrap into tortilla to make
parcel.
- Seal the parcel with flour and
water paste or 2 cocktail sticks and deep fry in hot oil at 180deg-190deg
C for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with soured cream and
chopped spring onions.
Chimichangass can be filled with any fillings, e.g. Chilli, Tuna & Sweetcorn, Beans & Mixed Vegetables.
