Chicken a la King

Serves 2 people

2 Chicken Breasts
1 Onion
1 Red Pepper
Mushrooms
1tsp lazy Garlic or 1 clove
Black Pepper
Tin Campbells 99% Fat Free Condensed Mushroom Soup
Fry Light Oil
Rice

1. Chop Chicken into small cubes.
2. Chop Onion, Red Pepper and Mushrooms.
3. Fry off Onions and Garlic with Fry Light and add the Chicken, fry untill the chicken is nearly cooked.
4. Add the peppers and Mushrooms and cook through for a couple of mins.
5. Add tin soup, leave to simmer while you cook your rice, add black pepper to taste.
6. Cook Rice
7. Serve
