Pasta Bake

Pasta Bake

No Count

Make up a load of pasta twists as per the packet.

In an ovenproof dish put in a can of drain Sweetcorn and a handful of frozen peas.

If you prefer chicken add some cooked chicken, if you prefer tuna add a drained can of tuna steaks.

Put the pasta in the dish once it’s cooked and pour over a can of Mediterranean Campbell’s Condensed soup. Mix it all in.

I leave mine as it is, but you could top it with some crushed ryvitas for a bit of crunch (my family don’t like that though so I have started leaving it off).

I serve mine with Krisprolls with elf cheese with Garlic & herb (and pretend its garlic bread).

Pasta Bake.

Macaroni pasta

Tub of quark

Splash of milk from allowance

2 or 3 hard boiled eggs

Steamed veggies

Tub of cottage cheese

Tub of fromage frais

Sliced, par boiled potatoes and sweet potatoes.

Fry light

Black pepper

Cook the pasta until just cooked, par boil sliced potatoes and hard boil the eggs.

Drain the pasta and mix in the quark and add some milk from allowance and black pepper

Put pasta into a dish, layer sliced egg on the top, then veggies.

Mix together a tub of cottage cheese and a tub of fromage frais.

Top with slices of potato and spray with fry light.

Cook at about 180 until the top is brown.

This was very nice, but needed more flavour. Next time, I am going to add chilli flakes to the pasta and grate some cheese to go in the pasta and on the top of the potatoes.
