Peanut Butter Oat Cookies
makes 6 cookies
100g oats
2 Tablespoons PB2 (chocolate or regular)
2 Tablespoons Sweetener
1Teaspoon Cinnamon
½ Teaspoon vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Egg White
2 Tablespoons cold stewed apples or (unsweetened apple
sauce)
2 Tablespoons water
Preheat oven to Gas Lark 4
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
Then add the last
three and stir well! Be careful not add to much water.
If the batter is
to runny you can add some more PB2 to thicken it up. Drop spoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
This batch made 6 small cookies for me (about 1.5 to 2
inches each).
Cook for 15 minutes then turn them over and cook for a
further 5 minutes.
