Spaghetti with French Beans, Peas
& Ham

240g
spaghetti or other pasta shapes
Frylight
1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped
120g French beans, trimmed and chopped
120g lean cooked ham, chopped
120g frozen petit pois or garden peas
240g very low fat plain fromage frais
90g extra light garlic & herb flavoured soft cheese
a few basil leaves torn into shreds
salt & pepper
Cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions until just tender.

Cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions until just tender.
Meanwhile
spray a non stick pan with Frylight and saute the spring onions until softened,
about 3 mins. Add the green beans, ham and frozen peas. Cook, stirring for 2-3
mins. Add the fromage frais, soft cheese and basil leaves and heat gently,
stirring for about 4 mins. Season to taste.
Drain the
spaghetti and add the sauce. Stir gently to mix. Serve garnished with basil.
