1 portion leek(s)
1 medium egg(s)
1 tablespoon tomato puree
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 medium portion cauliflower
1 medium carrot(s)
1 medium portion broccoli
2 heaped tablespoons cooked frozen peas
2 tablespoon sweetcorn
1 medium courgettes
2 clove garlic
1. Boil and mash potatoes.
2. Cook and stir in drained vegetables.
3. Dry fry leeks and courgettes and stir into vegetable mixture.
4. Stir in tomato puree, egg and soy sauce.
5. Shape into burgers and dry fry until browned.
