Ham, Mushroom and Onion Cous Cous

1 chicken stock cube
1/2 cup of whole wheat or plain cous cous
1 cup of water
Mushrooms
1 small onion
Wafer thin ham
Spray Oil

Put the water in a saucepan with stock cube and bring to the boil
When water boils, add the cous cous, removed from heat, stir and cover with lid.
Stir fry the onion and mushrooms in some spray oil
and mix into the prepared cous cous.
Top with the ham.
I also had a spoonful of extra light mayo on top.
